Hi, I’m Nicole Van Hyfte — founder of The Van Hyfte Grant Lab.
I’m a community champion at heart, driven by a passion for helping small businesses, nonprofits, schools, and health service organizations secure the funding they need to grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact.
Since launching in May 2025, The Van Hyfte Grant Lab has grown from a solo grant-writing practice into a strategic funding partner serving nonprofits, municipalities, small businesses, and community organizations across multiple states.
What started as a mission to make funding more accessible has evolved into a full-service funding strategy lab that combines research, grant writing, systems development, and long-term partnership to help organizations grow sustainably.
